Therapy is a safe, supportive space to work through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and everyday stressors. It’s not just for when you’re in crisis — it’s for growth, healing, and learning to show up for yourself.
🔄 How does therapy work?
Therapy typically involves regular sessions (weekly or biweekly), where you and your therapist collaborate on goals, explore patterns, and develop tools for emotional wellness. Each session is tailored to your needs and pace.
📥 Are you taking new clients?

📞 Do you offer consultations?
